Having been career military, Kathleen A. McCourt had lived all over the country. When she decided to retire in 2011, she moved to Memphis and quickly fell in love with the city. Now, as a realtor, she enjoys helping others find their “happy place.” 

Since 2013, Kathleen has been an agent with Sowell Realtors. She enthusiastically showcases the cultural diversity of the Greater Memphis area; music, food and neighborhoods. She also enjoys renovating historic homes and has made her own home in the Evergreen Historic District. And for those very reasons, Kathleen specializes in properties in the Midtown area (but also works with properties across the city). As a testimony to her excellent customer service, most of Kathleen’s clients are referred to her, either by word-of-mouth or past clients.
