Joe Dougherty has a lifetime of real estate experience. Serving the Greater Memphis area, working with both buyers and sellers, Joe has honed his territory to primarily Downtown, Midtown and the Poplar Corridor.  His professional success is evidenced by his recognition with an award from the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) for sales volume. Additionally, he has given of his time to the MAAR organization by serving on a variety of committees, including Government Affairs. 

Joe gives back to the community in other ways, too. He has served as Block Captain for his neighbors in the Evergreen Historic District in Midtown, as well as a board member for EHDA. Through his many avenues of service, Joe has developed a wide network of contacts. Many former clients refer Joe leads because they prize his professionalism, easy-going manner, and ability to make a real estate transaction seamless for them.

Joe loves Memphis and cites personal favorites as Overton Park, the availability of various arts venues, local food/restaurants and music, and of course, the wonderful citizens of Memphis themselves.
