Jacob Watkins has a dual role at Sowell Realtors; he is the assistant to the company’s Principal Broker, Linda Sowell, and he is a broker in his own right. He assists in supervising the day-to-day operations of the company, while continuing to build his own client base.

Jacob’s genuine love of Memphis comes through as he works with clients to help them find just the right house to call their home. He works across the community, ready to serve buyers and sellers in any part of the city, including the suburbs.
