According to Sowell agent Ed Beasley, the current inventory of new and existing homes has never been this low in his 40+ years of selling residential real estate.  

"The market usually slows down in the winter, but this year we have been very busy and it is difficult to even find houses to show to clients. This is a great time for sellers to list their homes, and if the list price is fair, we have a good shot at getting multiple offers and driving the price up."
